Warranty is a joke, a £2000 phone not covered for a £10 screen protector by samsung and EE engineer wouldn't discuss with me why or backup what was said, manager states nothing he can do and I'm unable to escalate

Visited the store because I had a problem with my bank card, so I went to the store to pay my phone bill by cash. Been with this network since that started up in the early 2000s. Every time I contact them they are always friendly with a genuine vibe. Happy to talk and chat like normal folk and they don't just try to push you for sales and more money... I have travelled across large parts of southern England during my time with them... Never experienced problems with signals etc... Heard they are merging with Vodafone. I'm praying the customer service from 3 is retained. As I have stories about Vodafone's customer service..

Staff were great, but the actual service at the moment is hopeless. Three transitioned to new systems in May and they're still having problems porting customers and providing them with account access via the web portal and app.

They no longer have good sim deals nor do they have EU roam like home anymore. Got a sim card to use in Portsmouth but reception isn't up to par... I'll be returning it and trying Vodafone next. ( I'm with O2 and they are the worst for data reception)

Simon served us. We got two new sim cards and broadband, I left EE to go with 3 and paid about 50% less

The worst network coverage, bad customer service. Was in shop to upgrade and the guy was talking on the phone talking with other customers always on his phone checking messages and in the end said I can?t help you.
