Just been into store .. they have got rid of the catalogues making it hard to see what I want and being made to use the online thing .. I dont believe that this has taken out any steps as it is still the same procedure when you get to the till ... all it has done is made for a worse customer service...I observed a customer using the click and collect while I was there ...Step one ... order and pay online (I didnt see this part but he must have done it)Step two ... put in reference number into iPad thingStep three ...go to counter and go through same steps as as if he ordered in storeThus saving no time or steps at allI will be looking else where from now on

Disappointed with my visit today. It seems this store wants all their customers to click and collect, and helping customers find the right items is a big inconvenience to them. Not had this from other trade counters. ?
