Appalling company. I rarely write reviews but I feel I must worn people to stay clear. A catalogue of issues some relatively minor in first year but enough for me to want to leave. Be warned you have to give two months notice, which admittedly must be in terms and conditions, but when I rang up to give what I though was reasonable notice to leave, one months notice, I was told I couldn?t leave and I was locked in for another year. Trying to leave has been a nightmare - I am still getting bills three months later and promised refunds have not been given.
