Has unqualified kids doing nails. Charges same price for nail art as white tips or colour tips £45. Asked to have removed and give money back. Reply they said sat over 1 hr so no nails so no money back i also sat there for this time. Will NOT GO BACK to much money for not a good job. Avoid.if go only lady who owns shop can do builder gel very very poor service

Absolutely horrible,there gel is cheap and it stinking the place.I don?t get why they would open a store that is so horrible . They use so much gel I cannot take it off! My nails are covered in gel while I wait for them to grow as it has been damaged.Your a ridiculous compandy that gossips to other workers about whoever your doing.Leave your place now, never come back!

I felt very uncomfortable here, they hardly spoke to me and chatted in their own language to each other. I go to an English speaking nail studio now where they are polite and friendly. If these Asians want to succeed in business in this Country they should learn to apply customer service

Awful service. I paid £20 to get gel nails done on my natural nails. The second day after having my nails done the vanish chipped so I went back to the salon to get it fixed. A day later the nail chipped and another nail chipped again. The gel the company use is cheap and terrible.

Standards have really fallen. Been going here for years. But recently i have been really disatisfied, placing my hands on other peoples nail scrapings and filed off polish is disgusting. Incredibly unhygenic. You should leave a salon feeling happy, not fed up and disgruntled and that you are an inconvenience.Also my thumb nail is not completely covered. Wont be going back.

If you are black, do well to avoid this place as they will treat you like dirt. I?ve always heard Asians were top racists but this is my first experience. Went in to enquire about waxing. From the door, there was no receptionist and the whole place smelt of some kind of chemical. I stood at the door where the receptionist is supposedly meant to sit and there was no one. Only two people who kept yelling at me, ?what do you want?. They yelled at me like I came to steal or I was a criminal just because I wore some joggers and a sweatshirt. I felt irritated as well as scared because I kept saying I wanted to know if you do waxing and they kept yelling ?what do you want??. I said sorry and walked out of the store. I don?t know the experiences of other but this is mine. If you are black, stay away from them.

Customer service was appalling. The lady was soo rude. I never asked to take any length of my nails (I had infills done) yet she continued to do so after I pulled my hand away. Never coming back. Do not waste your money.Service: Acrylic nails
