Visited today at gunwharf with my mum, who sadly has dementia and saw a lovely young lady sorry didn?t catch her name, she was so helpful personable. Knowledgable about the products and made the whole shopping experience a delight. I would definitely return hoping she maybe there she was very kind to my mum and gave her some free sample products to which mum was delighted with. Thank you keep the customer service going it?s great ?
