I was sent to Fix Auto Portsmouth by Admiral after needing no-fault collision repairs done to my vehicle. The whole team are very friendly and made the pain of getting these repairs sorted as simple and as smooth as possible. Awful company to do business with, firstly purchased a brand new bmw headlight from us at £100 discount, headlight was sent out via courier, after nearly 2 weeks of them having the headlight in their possession, they called us and said the headlight was damaged (bit of plastic broke off inside wedge against lens) all of our parts are quality checked before we send them out and photos are taken of every part, Robert said he opened the package when it arrived and didn't see any damage so clearly was damaged while in their possession, we refused to acknowledge this and sent proof that the headlight was not damaged before we sent it,Another 2 weeks went by, Robert sent us another email saying the headlight was letting water in, so they had fitted a headlight they damaged to the customers car.I asked Robert how did you repair the headlight before fitting it? He said they fished out the broken part, from nearly 17 years of experience with headlights this is not possible without removing the lens so once again blatantly they have removed the lens and resealed the headlight themselves, fitted it to a customers car and then tried to pin it on us.When I refused again to accept this he then tried to tell me that the headlight is not brand new?All of our headlights and brand new, this company is the only company we have ever had this sort of trouble with regarding our headlights!would suggest finding another garage to deal with unless of course you want them to fit parts they have broken to your car!

My commercial van was repaired here. Van was just a year old and the bodywork repairs were faultless.Ruth was good with comms. Guys in the workshop who did the repairs obviously know what they're doing as you can't tell its been repaired.Having suffered a hand injury whilst the van was there I couldn't pick it up so they kindly dropped it back to me in Southampton on time.So pleased I'm hopefully having a minor ding repaired outside of insurance scope.Thanks to all at Auto Fix Portsmouth.

Had a new rear bumper fitted as part of an insurance claim and I was overall extremely impressed with this company. I was given a courtesy car during the repair, and my car was dropped back to me as soon as it was completed -they had also given it a full valet. Excellent service all roundService: Body & Trim

The worst services ever! Got my car here due to accident and insurance company decided to give it to these guys. Story:Came to pick up my car and bumper wasn't painted fully so i showed them the issue they said they will fix. When time came to pick up the car again guy didn't wanted to bring it back on rac and said it he put's it on rac bumper will fly off... Eventually got my car back with insurance help and insurance RAC but bumper is still missing paint! Reflective light was sprayed with lacquer and much more stuff has been done. My seats were white but when it came back it was black. Adding some pictures of proof of work Please avoid this company or you will get grey hairs in no time! Poor customer service, poor quality job pictures will tell you all.

Initially went in after an accident insurance job, due to covid had to wait a while, but I was kept upto date and everything was dealt with in a professional manner, went back a few weeks later had problems with the braking system and got dealt with ! With no issues

My car had been in a small accident, on the same day i took it to the garage they were lovely and helpful. I met a man called Rob who was thoughtful and considerate of my parents living 250 miles away. I have saw the car whilst the work is being done and it looks perfect. Would defiantly recommend again and use Rob for your services.

Wow. I have never experienced such bad service. Had been sent to this garage through admiral car insurance.No communication from the garage. I had to chase my car. I found out from the car hire people that my car was ready. When i phoned the garage to find out what had happen. Just " Oh the driver was suppose to ring ya" and then " portsmouth are playing at home today so good luck" as my car was now at the enterprise hire in Rodney rd! Not impressed! ?

In a nutshell... AVOID AT ANY COST.After a minor incident when a lady reversed into me, the insurance company sent me here. Worst possible service ever.1) You go in a room and no one cares about you, they all stare, but no one comes to help you out.2) I have been given a curtesy car with an empty tank and was advised to put petrol as soon as I leave the service. I put £20 of petrol based on their estimate that "it will take a while before they will contact me as they are busy". Guess what!? The next day they said they spoke with the insurer and my car is a write-off and they want the curtesy car back. So they basically stole £20 off me. And they can't refund them.3) I pick up my car and the fuel light is on (which it wasn't when I brought it in) and had 24 miles more on the clock than when I dropped it off. So they are using MY car without my consent.Please... avoid these people. Go ANYWHERE else.
