“Staff spent over half an hour with me, feeling my feet, scanning my foot and doing pressure tests. The assistant then brought various different shoes for me to try based on what she could see and the results of the tests. All the info was emailed to me and I had a chance to road test the shoes. I was given all the time I needed a d not pressurised into buying anything. I came away with the perfect pair of trainers but should they prove to be not suitable there is the option of taking them back. Definitely recommend.”

“Great gear at bargain prices. My wife wanted some new trainers for her "jogging" so we visited ASICS in Gunwharf. Very helpful staff, a good range of trainers and fome useful advice about wear and usage.I noticed many tennis players at Wimbledon now wear Asia's tennis shoes, so I guessed they were pretty good. They are, my wife is now enjoying her 3 daily run again dnd realised how tatty and worn her old pair were, now in the bin. Well done the Asics team.”

“Great shop filled with helpful staff and quality products, many at bargain prices. On a recent trip I bought 3 excellent t-shirts with embroidered logos for £45. The shirts are super soft with a decent feel to them and they wash well. I'm definitely a fan of Superdry because the products just keep going! I've got some that are over 5 years old and don't need replacing!! ?”

“I am a Florida USA resident and my daughter and I happened upon this shop as it’s close to our Airbnb . Not only did we both find what we needed for an occasion, but at a very reasonable priced. The manager of the store is amazing helped with purchases and safely secured my purse for a night after I left it there. I never worried about it being there when the store opened the next morning as I knew I had left it there and after visiting the store several times, I had faith in the integrity of the personnel! Will continue to shop there until we leave.”

“As found with most Peacock stores, so this one no different, a lack available assistance on shop floor. So after searching for someone with no success had to ask the one assistant at payment desk. Redeemed as customer service, once found, was impeccable.”

One thing about outlet malls is that the employees tend to stay very busy with not-so-polite shoppers. “A large parking place for many cars. You can pay by cash ( paper or coin ) and card both. Don't need to register yourself, just parking, and befire you start, you can pay for your plate number.”

“Very welcoming and friendly here in Reiss. Lots of choice here, some clothes are quite expensive even though they are reduced but then there is always a sale and some clothes are reduced even more. Definitely something to be bought. I might add they have lovely spacious changing rooms they again are very helpful in there. No waiting around to be served here and very polite.”
