Visited here for my birthday and had not been back for a couple of years. Place had only a handful of customers. Informed them my son had a shellfish allergy. Such a huge disappointment. We used to love Carluccios. The service was beyond slow - the staff, although friendly, didn’t appear to know what they were doing - the food was absolutely appalling! popped in for an early dinner, on a busy afternoon. the staff were friendly, helpful, seated us promptly.. the food was good, we didn't have to wait long for drinks. overall a great experience.
