Exceptional customer service from Boxalls and Alan in particular (the showroom manager).Last week we looked at the extensive range of vanity units and taps in the showroom and took home a vanity unit and tap but unfortunately the tap was faulty and dripped after I fitted it. Another cartridge was ordered but this did not solve it. Alan then actually came out himself to try and correct things but a replacement also turned out to be faulty. As a result he offered a better model tap which I fitted and all is working perfectly now.I'm not sure all companies would go to these lengths to sort out a problem.

I have a husband with advanced Alzheimer's Disease. Without the support with planning, advice & support from Alan from Boxalls, my bathroom would never have been started let alone finished. Alan' s knowledge of disabled fittings is brilliant and made the new fit a success for my husband and me too, I can't thank him enough. I have a disabled shower room to be proud of Thanks to Boxalls. I would highly recommend a visit to there huge show room.

Very prompt helpful service. Had in stock parts for my rather obscure French kitchen mixer tap.Alan knew exactly what I needed and the tap now works perfectly. Very impressed with Alan. Good old fashioned service which these days is hard to find.

We cannot speak highly enough about this company. A young man called Dave helped us to sort what we needed, saved us money by suggesting things. Delivered at exact time and when we had missed something, ordered it and got a special delivery to us. ?????????? Well deserved!

No customer service whatsoever. Walked around for a while, no one spoke to us, not even to say Good Morning. In the current climate, you'd think they'd appreciate customers coming through their door.....didn't get that feeling at all, more an inconvenience and not for the first time! Won't be going back again!
