Feb 9th : I received a notification from our postal service that customs charges needed to be paid. Merchant of Magic support advised that after i accepted delivery and paid customs charges that i would receive a VAT refund a few days later. I accepted delivery and paid customs charges.Feb 24th : I sent an email asking if the VAT charges would be refunded shortly. No response from Merchant of Magic.March 1st : I sent another email asking re VAT charges. No response from Merchant of Magic.March 6th : I sent yet another email asking re VAT charges. No response and no refund.March 13th : Still no refund so i am writing this review as it seems that Merchant of Magic have no interest in responding to my queries and are not refunding the VAT as promised.

I have bought MANY magic tricks from Merchant of Magic. I keep blowing people away with the effectiveness of these magic tricks! Their prices are brilliant. I have purchased low priced items, medium priced items and more expensive items. Subscribe to their mailing list and you'll be kept upto date with new magic tricks as they arrive at Merchant of Magic. One of my more expensive magic tricks developed a fault, after an initial email to MOM (Merchant of Magic) the problem was resolved in less than 24 hours! How's that for superb, no fuss service!! I HIGHLY recommend Merchant of Magic! Try them yourself!

Over priced under delivered.This order was for Christmas. It failed to arrive as my house name was omitted by the seller. They blamed me. I had ordered through PayPal so my address is correct. To receive the order I had to pay postal AGAIN. The playing cards were a complete disappointment, they were advertised as pictures cards. The only picture was on the box the cards themselves were completely plain and could have been bought at my local shop for considerably less money
