Was in Toolstation last week and had to wait almost 10 minutes before a member of staff even acknowledged me. Wouldn't have minded but they weren't at all busy. It's a shame because having used them plenty of times in the past I won't be returning. Being able to buy many items online from other retailers is slowly killing a lot of highstreet and industrial estate stores - the human touch is what will save them.
