If you love a family friendly environment this is the place for you!The staff are so friendly and take good care of you.The food was extremely tasty and good enough portion.Had a magenta pizza and it was very filling and really well cooked and made.Will definitely go here again !!

We opted to stay overnight within walking distance of the restaurant earlier this week and decided to give it a try, primarily because my wife has a Blue Light card, which they accept for a 20 percent discount. However, I must clarify that this wasn't the deciding factor.The restaurant's location in the heart of the high street was delightful. The staff were very attentive, and the food was excellent. Considering the quality of the food and ingredients, it offered great value for money.The house wine was delightful, and they had a good selection of beers. Portion sizes were slightly larger than average, which was certainly a positive.I look forward to returning in the future to sample more of their dishes.

Very expensive for what it is. I would not go to a Prezzo without an offer/discount. I had a chicken, bacon & avocado salad which was just over £15. It was not big (predominantly lettace) & I had to search for the bacon pieces which were very few & minscule. Even with our voucher I would say it was still over priced (20%). The kids meal is set at 3 courses @ £7.95 which sounds like a good offer. My child had the bolognese which was a bowl of pasta with a sprinkle of beef bolognese on it (picture attached)! I found this disappointing. Cafes that were scattered elsewhere in Lymington serve similar salads for £8-£10 (much cheaper). The service was very good & everything was very clean. Food tasted nice, just disappointing on lack of meat served & bread given as a cheap filler because portions are quite small with salads.Also toilets, the doors jam on inside & they open inwards. There is no handle on inside, you have to pull the door lock to open which is a very small smooth piece of metal which you can't grip. So my point is not to let young children go in toilets/ cubicle on their own as they may get stuck.

Really looking forward to a good pasta dish. It arrived luke warm in a cold dish, sent it back, waitress came back with dish after being heated, still luke warm. Not at all impressed, restaurant was not overly busy whilst I was dining. Will not be revisiting.

We walked in here on the first week of the year, very windy day, & decided to have brunch here to scape the weather, sat down first table, & order very quickly, order clasic muchroom bruscetta, but came out muchroom pizza, & smokd salmon mash, & for the main course, we order fizza & chicken dish, the chicken it's so dry, but atlist the pizza looks better & edible.

Not the best lunch. Food barely warm at best, tiny bowl of chips for nearly £5, unfriendly welcome, slow service and massively over priced.

This restaurant was great. We came here on a Friday afternoon. The staff were very friendly. The food was also delicious. I?d particularly recommend the crab spaghetti for main and the cheesecake for dessert. I would come back here.

Such an unprofessional outfit. Booked a table for 18 people and secured with credit card details. Received a confirmation and updated my party. 3 weeks go by and I receive an email to say ?sorry now no availability?. Have since called 3 times, each time selected option to speak with a colleague & was put on hold , then directed to an automated booking system so couldn?t speak with anyone. What terrible customer service.Prezzo since contacted me and explained that there has been an issue with their booking system and in fact my reservation is not cancelled at all. Fair enough and they got back to me quickly to resolve the problem.
