Stayed over a weekend in a plus room that had absolutely everything I needed over the weekend and the staff have been very accommodating to needs and requirements.Noteworthy details: It's set in a rural location however ten minutes in separate directions you've New Milton and Lymington towns so you can get everything you need.

Given the location- a countryside village. People often sought after little BnB's. Kind of apples and oranges when comparing to a chain brand. So I'm reviewing with that In mind. Rather than comparing it to something more private. The staff were lovely and attentive, Kirsten was very helpful and insightful. The rooms and service are spot on. They don't have their own restaurant, but have connected with the attached pub. However you can book and even get deals through the hotel, for your dinning while you stay. Definitely one of, if not the best of their brand that I have stayed in.Nearby activities: Burley is just down the road. A beautiful little village with a fairies and witchcraft vibe to it.You can find all manner of things to do there.Food & drinks: The breakfast is as you expect from a hotel like this. The hot breakfast foods you do have to order rather than buffet, like the Continental. But I think you can order what you like if you've paid for the breakfast service.Noteworthy details: Get a Brewers Fayre bonus club card when you go to the bar. You get 250 points right away and the rest add up really quickly. Drinks count as well as food. I racked up 600 In 2 days of family get together.

The room was clean, and the staff were friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. However, a significant drawback was there was no hot water for the shower during our visit. While I appreciate the positive aspects such as the great breakfast and the cheap hotel rates, the inconvenience of the cold shower prevents me from giving a higher rating than three stars. I hope they address this issue to improve the experience for future guests as normally I can?t fault premier inn hotels.

We love a Premier Inn and have stayed in a lot. This one was not good. Staff are very nice, pleasant and helpful and the location is fine. It was our room that was the issue. It was extremely dated and the windows are sealed shut so you have no way of getting any fresh air. There were 2 of us and only 1 towel provided. No bulb in the sidelight and only realised in the morning that the cups were filthy and used. Pillows were awful and lumpy so didn?t sleep well. Bathroom very old and ingrained dirt in the bath. Pretty bad and would not stay here again.

Stayed in a standard room. Ate at the restaurant and parked in the rain. You can't argue with what you get for your money. For a night or two, it's well worth staying there. You know what you get, which takes the worry out of booking.
