Natalie has been very helpful and informative whilst we were planning our trip.UPDATE We have just returned from our 6 week adventure to Bali, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. We wish to thank all at Hays travel and Princess cruises for the most amazing trip . From the moment we left home to the day of our return everything was seamless. Went in Hays travel about 8 months ago and spoke to Nicola, I had no idea where I wanted to go, just said I wanted sun, some culture and to end up on a beach somewhere, she put together the most amazing package for us. A few days in Bangkok then a couple of days at an elephant sanctuary then finish the holiday off at a hotel next to the beach, it was everything could of asked for and more
