“Don't EVER use this Jewellers - took my watch in for battery change, and they ruined it - its now unwearable. Complained to their Head Office only to be told it was due to wear and tear. The only wear and tear was done by the woman assistant who used her brut force trying to force the strap to such a degree that the watch no longer sits within the strap. I stood in front of her while she used every ounce of strength to distort it, then to say it was due to wear and tear - the watch perfectly fitted within the strap when I took it in to the shop to get a new battery.They are saying that that it wasn't due to the battery change ..... it was due to the Assistants brute force distorting the strap. All I wanted was a new battery and they have absolutely ruined it.”
