Lovely staff, very helpful. They answered my query quickly and when l had to telephone the next day a real person answered the telephone within 6 rings which is rare these days and once again very helpful. Also, many thanks to Nicole who dealt with all of our transactions today quickly and with a smile.

Speaking for myself, I have been very pleased to be greeted at the entrance and been dealt with by friendly staff who have been at pains to make sure my business is completed properly. So 10/10 from me especially in these trying times thank you for your professionalism!

It's never open, I can't deposit my own money when I want. For a bank that deals with people's money they are not open enough and it's clear they don't care about their customers

They don't change money for shops? Wanted £60 pounds coins unless you have the card they don't do it. The wait time is ridiculous convincing people to switch from their bank but don't give change to the businesses. Needs to educate the staff to respect local businesses they are in contact with people.

Go to Natwest no questions asked done and dusted in second it took longer argueing with Bad attitude bad experience staff
As for view I do bank with both Natwest and nationwide (considering to close if I encounter another experience).

Recently met with a Personal Banking Manager. She explained our options clearly and professionally and we came away feeling very satisfied with the help we were given.
This was another example of the excellent service given at this branch.

Fairly average size branch, but i find the staff very miserable and unhelpful, making my visits quite frustrating rather than pleasurable like they used to be in earlier times there, when the staff were of a much more friendlier and helpful nature.
The self service machine outside always seems to of run out of envelopes to deposit cash and cheques at the weekends also, just when i need it to operate most!
