“Took my grandson in for school shoes and were served by Jess. My grandson has autism and adhd and so a trip to Clark’s often ends in tears and no shoes. However, Jess was amazing with him and to our surprise she managed not only to measure him but to try 2 pairs of shoes and walk out with his favourite pair! Thank you Jess, will definitely come back for his next pair”

“Smaller new look but they still have plenty in the shop. I went to here rather than west quay as they had the shoes I wanted in the right size where west quay didn't”

“Nice big store clean and fresh good selection of clothes and good value. Big downside they had one cashier on to do sales and returns I felt very sorry for her we were waiting in a queue for 15 mins because we wanted to pay cash and be served . I do not want to use self service I like to have someone to talk to and help with goods . Self service is not the way forward . Very short staffed alot of clients complaining also to a man who was checking on your store”
