An excellent experience with the Eastleigh Swan Centre branch. I collected my watch after making an online order. It was quickly and efficiently sized by Suzanne. Alas, there was a problem with the watch. This was an issue with the manufacturer?s quality control and in no way linked to Ernest Jones. I revisited the branch and I was very ably assisted by Hayley. She went out of her way to support me with resolving the issue. I was also supported by Suzanne. My experience of customer service was first class. Both staff members were courteous and efficient. I would recommend this branch for it?s very high level of customer service.

I?ve had a long and protracted problem with Ernest Jones for 7 months - see previous review.This second review is twofold - both to praise and criticise.1. Hayley, one of the workers at the Eastleigh store, has been extremely supportive and understanding of my problem with Ernest Jones and the massive damage to my ring. She has maintained her professionalism throughout the whole process and even offered to help me by offering me her staff discount. She approached me to help every time I entered the store, never being afraid to discuss my ongoing problem. She would be a huge asset to any employer/company and if I still ran my business, I would hire her without a moments hesitation.2. The store manager in Eastleigh. This person was aware of my problem throughout. What I noticed as time went on, was that when I entered the store, she immediately went into the back office, never to be seen again. I imagined that the person in overall charge of the store would be interested to help and reassure me, at the same time supporting her staff when dealing with a problem - this never happened. When I collected the ring for the final time, I said that I would be leaving a negative review. She pleaded with me not to do this, as the staff would only get into trouble. I said ?how could I NOT leave a bad review, after everything that?s happened?. How disappointing this was to me, the customer. I?m mainly angry at the damage the repairer caused, but hugely letdown by the store manager. Hayley was the saving grace in all of this. Ernest Jones should congratulate her.

Went in with my Fiance new ring as was damaged on our cruise and a lovely lady named Adrianne ask me if she can help and I explained about the ring being damaged she's goes inside her office saying she'll try her hardest to fix it and she could see I was devastated and 5 mins later Andrenna came back with a near 100% fixed ringand I filled up with relief emotion.Please if you have any damaged jewlery please use these fantastic freindly professional people.So so happy now.A very big thanks from me and Terina for your fix and help.100% professional staff.Regards John and Terina

Recently took my Tag Heuer watch to the Eastleigh branch as it had stopped ticking. Not too sure what was wrong with the watch, we sent it off for a service which I was told would cost me £250. Ouch. The bit that holds the watch together had also come loose and was flapping about when I moved my watch. A few days pass and i get a call to tell me that a liquid within the watch had leaked all over the mechanism forcing the watch to completely stop ticking and it needed fully fixing plus the bit which is flapping about which would cost me £800 as the watch was done for and would need a whole new flappy bit ordered in. I initially agreed but then called to tell them not to worry and instead collected the watch and took it to another jewellers in Eastleigh where I told them I wasn?t too sure what was wrong with it and they sent it off to be looked at. Couple days pass and they tell me it?s ready to collect and was just that the battery had stopped ticking. The flappy bit and the battery together cost me £60 to fix. Whereas Ernest Jones told me that it would cost me £800 so someone blatantly lied to me. Won?t be returning having used them quite a bit in the past as I have lost that trust now.

On Recent visits I have been dealing with the lovely Haley who has surpass my expectations. Great customer service and beyond helpful.Probably wouldn't quite so enthusiastic on returning if it was for the experience she gives.

Called in for repair and to purchase gold chain and bangle lovely friendly welcome from sales lady hayley. She got my repair and checked it over and showed me it for my inspection which was perfect .she was helpful when choosing my chain and gave advice.she also showed me bracelet which I tried on. As always the bueatiful jewelry is so well made and worth the money paid was very happy with my purchases and sales lady .i was made to feel as though I was very important will always use this shop
