Was always very very helpful providing delivery of medication but now I have been informed they are no longer delivering medication(informed by my neighbour)how do I find out if ths is true.no information at all(very worrying for elderly people)

This is an excellent pharmacy. Yes, it is usually busy but I suspect that this is because they have stepped in to the breach in the wake of other pharmacies and online services that have stopped fulfilling prescriptions in recent months. There are always plenty of helpful staff on hand to help and the place seems to be very organised and well stocked with medication that is often out of stock elsewhere (I am looking at you LloydsDirect). In summary, I thoroughly recommend Boyatt Pharmacy.

The negative comments are not necessary! I have never found a chemist to be as good as this one, so what if you have to queue there is chairs provided to sit if you need to.All the staff are friendly and helpful

Waiting times are ridiculous, nearly always queued to the door!Often have to return to get my tablets, 3 trips on last prescription and they didn't know there were there 3 separate bags!Needs new management.Have swapped to another pharmacy now.AVOID!

Went to the shop to collect my heart meds, waited hour and half due to staff rather stack the shelving, only to receve my meds and they say oh its not all there u have had 3 weeks notice, I said please text me when in so I don't have to wait all this time again, she said we don't text we don't have the time, we'll then less staff chat fill the shelves when shop is less busy and do the bloody job we pay u for.

Friendly staff and answer phones very quick and prescriptions are ready on day they say and sometimes day befor great service

I truly feel for the shop staff , but wow ! Waiting 10 minutes for 2 staff members to find a prescription !I could truly see their frustration.. a queue of over 10 waiting , some elderly who have problems standing etc ..staff are constantly having to apologise .. Please sort out a better system ! The one you have in place is confusing and messy !

I find it hard to understand the negative comments about this Pharmacy. EVERY time I go in there, they couldn't be more helpful. They have shown me compassion and kindness. Yes I may have to wait, but they have a lot of patients, so it's understandable.The delivery driver is a wonderfully cheerful chap.I can honestly say,In all the places I've lived.. this is the BEST Pharmacy I've had the pleasure of using.Thank you all for your hard work.

Staff are generally friendly enough but the service is extremely slow. They often haven't ordered in all of the required medication when I go in to collect which has causes delays and they've even refused to prescribe because the prescription had expired despite them having it but not acting on it (despite my chasing) for over a month! No apology for the delay, just 'we can't prescribe'. Avoid if you can.
