I've been the deputy manager of horndean for a little over 3 months now I absolutely love coming into work each day and working with such an amazing supportive team.Working with a company that really does have the clients best interest at heart and making sure there clients get outstanding care daily, really makes work a lovely place to be.Everyone does there bits and works really hard to make sure the clients are cared for above and beyond and I'm proud to be part of the team that delivers such an amazing service ?.In-home care gave me a fantastic opportunity and made all my wishes come to life by giving me the opportunity to be apart of such an amazing company and team. Thankyou to such an amazing company.I count myself lucky to have such an amazing supportive manager that encourages me each day and believes in me more than I believe in myself some days. I have such a lovely work relationship with my manager and shes always there for each of us making sure we are all supported. I honestly feel I couldn't work anywhere better than I am now.

I've worked for In Home Care for 3 years and I have thoroughly enjoyed every day. I have been given so many opportunities which means I have been able to progress in my job role and further my knowledge in Health and Social Care. I would recommend In Home Care as an employer and a care provider.

My sister in law has special needs and because of the care she receives has been able to live independently.She has a good relationship with her carers who really look after her and are ready to have a laugh and joke with her too.

Since starting working with In Home Care in May 2018 I have gained lots of experience. The whole company were very welcoming when I started. I really enjoy working for In Home Care. The directors care about each and everyone of there members of the team. The training they give to all the carers is second to none. Its amazing to enjoy going to work, and making a difference. I would recommend my friends/family working for In Home Care.

We needed help for my mother in law?s post op recovery and decided that In Home Care were right for us. Best decision we made. From the very start they showed us fantastic attention to detail with regards to our needs, providing a care plan, introducing us to the carer and then providing the care we needed. Thanks In Home Care, you completely helped us out in our time of need. Five stars!

I worked for in home care for 5 years. I can honestly say I couldn?t of asked for a more supportive management team from the directors to the team lead. Alexis Davey has been a rock for me over the past two years supporting me through health issues ensuring I was always ok and asking if I needed help with anything. It had been a absolute godsend to have a manager who genuinely cares for her staff, no matter what time of day it was, Alexis would message to check on me.I can not thank in homecare enough for the past 5 years ??

Inhome have been caring for my elderly uncle for the past year. He had been in hospital for several months, and returning home was going to be a challenge, given his complex medical condition. Inhome were able to quickly put together a care plan and make arrangements to enable his success discharge. Since then, he has gone from strength to strength, in some large part due to the friendly and professional service Inhome have provided. Would not hesitate to recommend them.
