Thoroughly rude staff.I?m a delivery partners and was here tonight to collect 2 orders. Your staff had missed one order and it hadn?t been started. I said I would take the order that was ready (dark haired Eastern European girl) but she closed the window on me. I knocked and another person came (make, Indian, burgundy shirt) ?what?s your problem? is how he addressed me. So I explained that I had already said to the girl that I would still take the order that was ready, gave him the order number. The guy took an attitude towards me, told me to F off and slammed the collection window on me.Now then, I?m a service partner in the this, such behaviour shouldn?t come from your staff. But also there is a customer at the end of this journey, that?s paid for food to be delivered in a time frame and relatively unspoiled.You need to sort your team out.I imply no racism by describing the staff members, they were not wearing name tags and you need to know which 2 had the appalling attitudes.

Feel very rushed to go from the waitress.I am here just less than 30 minutes? and already eating 5 minutes after the meal arrived and now they ask me if I finished?!! Not really happy to be rushed and interrupted? it?s my day off and not so nice to be rush, when I try to chill out? not recommended because of the poor customer service!

Your standard Wagamamas.Much better to eat in then get take out.Dietary restrictions: Decent options for people with coeliac disease. Their policy is allergen food must be ordered by the manager. My food didn?t need to be. so mine was ordered long before my father?s which made getting lunch together rather awkward. Mine arrived so long before his that id finished before he even started. They insisted this was easier but i really felt it wasn?t. This was a few months ago so they may have changed their policy on how allergen/non allergen parties are catered to.

The inside was full, so we sat at one of the outside tables instead. The staff saw us, but ignored us. We eventually went in to ask for menus but were told they didn't want to serve outside, even though the temperature was very mild.The most annoying thing is that they were happy to just leave us sitting there, even though they knew they were never going to serve us.

It's a nice place for popping in at getting something a but differnt. The service was good. Food is nice but for me I need to add chilli to it.It gets busy so pick your time.

The positives are that the staff are friendly, reasonably priced food & they do their best with allergens.Negatives are food Luke warm, not much meat & strange after taste.Dietary restrictions: Appear to do their best to support customers with allergies

We?ve only ever ordered takeaway from this branch since the pandemic and last night was the first time we decided to dine in at the behest of a 4yr old ?However, he burst out crying (softly) on hearing there?s a wait so we decided to go elsewhere as he was very hungry.The staff absolutely wasted no time in trying their best to find a table for us.Rest of the evening was spent on some delicious food and impeccable service during such busy peak hours.Special mentions - Steve, Hemant and Crystal, however every staff member was on the best foot forward that day and I haven?t seen tht in a long time!Only reason I knocked off 2 stars for food is that main course portion size isn?t very good value for money!

AWFUL MEAL! We were sat down and rushed to a table with no smile or greeting. We then ordered our food. Mine came out then my friends came out but was covered in everything she asked to be taken off and had prawns instead of tofu . She then got it taken back and had a new one . This second one had a HUGE BLACK HAIR. Wrapped around the noodle. They took it back again and made her a new one. The manager told me ?these things happen , there?s not much more we can do? - wow what a reply from the manager after finding hair in your dinner after waiting for 40 minutes for a dish. Won?t be coming here again ! Looking forward to hearing what you have to say about this Wagamama ?.

I ordered salmon teriyaki with soba noodles. It was presented well but tasteless, salmon fillet was so dry, it was inedible! My friends ordered chicken ramen and the soup tasted like salty water - desperately needed some good seasoning. Will avoid this place in future.
