Today I was served by Kerry-Ann. She was kind,funny and helpful. An absolute breath of fresh air to customer service.My sub was fresh and delicious.Kerry-Ann served us with a beautiful smile and a great sence of humour. She took time to make our subs perfectly. She was very patient as I had not been to a sub way for a long time and my friend had never been. Although Kerry-Ann was busy she took time to listen and explain how things worked with meal deals and offered the best option for us.I would happily recommend Kerry-Ann and this subway to anyone.Good job Kerry-Ann well done

Order today in store....obvious new staff manning the counters, while a lot of babble in the back room... This lad didn't have a clue but there was nobody front of house supporting him.Second time I have been let down by this store....prefer to order elsewhere, and if that doesn't raise a red flag to the franchise, wakey wakey!! Your staff appear lazy and uninterested, taking my business elsewhere.

I ordered a vegan menu item on here from Just Eat and was given a non vegan option.This was confirmed by my boyfriend who?s had the vegan and non vegan version of the sub I ordered. Luckily because my food was late (almost and hour) I checked the reviews for the restaurant to see if this was normal and after reading them became suspicious that something would probably be wrong with it so checked it thoroughly before deciding to ask my non vegan boyfriend to try it for me.I have been vegan for four years and while I understand a lot of people don?t understand or don?t care not consuming animal products is something personally care about and would have found it deeply upsetting to realise that I had eaten meat. Not only that but because I haven?t consumed meat in such a long time it?s highly likely it would have made me sick as my body is no longer used to it.Also they forgot my cookies! This could have been forgiven if they hadn?t given me meat.

Ordered food online to be delivered. Was meant to turn up between 15:35-15:55. Order confirmed to enjoy food at around 16:00. Girlfriend called the restaurant about where the food was as it said it had been delivered. The restaurant said it was sent out 15 minutes ago (~15:45) despite being a 5 minute drive from the restaurant. The food turns up at about 17:00 whilst I was on my way to work.

Shocking service from the Brighton hill store. Staff didn't pay any attention to what was ordered. Started adding sauces and salad that were not asked for. Didn't include half of what was actually asked for and when the sauce bottle ran out after one tiny squeeze the sauce wasn't replaced or a substitute offered. Staff then forgot to give half of the order until prompted.

Will never order anything again. Was told delivery was 1235-1255. 1255 was told driver on the way 1300 site said enjoy your food. Funny NO FOOD tried to call number,but number NOT VALID. Ask for subway to contact me. Message on site now says restaurant needs more time so delivery 1320.Get the poxy phone line fixed. Guess what? NO FOOD absolutely disgusting. Now trying to get MY money back.
