Dunelm is an unpretentious , well stocked and easy store to go round.Everything you need to furnish a home imaginatively on a budget, having an appealing mix of style, choice and great designs .We bought an armchair and have had made to measure curtains, place mats and a carpet runner.Very pleased.

Customer service of staff and management, even after a phone call prior, has been awful. Such a shame as products are generally good and cafe staff are lovely. Management need to take a page out of their books!!

I wish that the store layout would be changed so that you do not have to walk all the way through the tills just to leave the shop. It is irritating and seems unnecesary

Twice Ive ordered items and paid for them only to receive an email saying that the items are out of stock and I'll be refunded the money. An alternative suggestion was then not available for click and collect. In this day and age of computerised stock, there is no excuse for your system to be still out of date nearly a week later

Dunelm has good variety and good offers. Some are very eye catchy..You can customize your window curtains and buy the required size. While you shop for home there is a great cafe where you can Eat and resume your shopping. If you purchase lunch for 4 pounds your kid meal is free. While all posting about home products, I have posted Food picture . We tried Jacket potatoes it was good. Shop, relax and Enjoy in Dunelm Basingstoke.

Dunelm is a British company founded in 1979.The Basingstoke branch has a nice selection of products, helpful staff and good prices. Plus it is nice to support local British companies rather than foreign global online brands.

Customer service for the website is terrible. Was charged for assembly and not refunded with them claiming they don?t offer assembly.

Advertised pillows that were in stock were not available in store after paying and arriving for click and collect. Excuse was that they were probably ?stolen? - store opening times on Google are in also incorrect.

Click and collect half my order was missing the online chat told me to ring the store but they don't answer the phone, then I get cut off. Wasted my time and petrol. Check your orders before you leave. Terrible customer service
