Disabled and plenty of parking, easy access from ring road but yet easy access to or from town centre. Disabled and automatic doors. Wide enough aisles for wheelchairs etc. Can be a bit of a wait for staff help. Friendly and helpful staff but another cookie cutter Currys, expect no more and no less. Good air-conditioning.

Very pleasantly surprised by the customer service. I think his name was Maciej. I Came in looking for a laptop not knowing much of what I needed to look for, the staff member explained all technical terms, was very knowledgable and friendly but not pushy at all. I still need to consider my options but thanks to him I will make an informed decision that I won?t regret. I narrowed my choices down to 2 different models. Definitely will be back to place an order.

I recently ordered a cooker hob and did not arrive when stated it would but could not fault manager when I went to collect he arranged for one in Salisbury branch to be collected by one of his staff and it was there the very next day brilliant service ?

Okay but felt like they had a limit selection of things. I went for a replacement monitor thinking this would be the ideal shop for this however I had to ask where they were as couldn't find them. Only had 2 to choose from which was disappointing. Ended up ordering it online. If your after white goods, tv's and tablets be ideal

Ordered a iPad and Smart Keyboard to collect. Got handed them and off I went home. When I went to open the keyboard box there was no film wrapped around the box and it was empty!!!!

Well I have lost my patiences with every getting someone to speak to at the store I have now made at least 10 phone calls and a 70 mile around trip back to the store after being told it would be sorted out if I went back to the store only to be told my problem would have to go to head office and they would be in touch 3 weeks and more phone calls I was promised a call back today and the phone rang I picked up the phone a it was cut off so I am still waiting. No one wants to sort the problemgo to head office and they would be in touch 3 weeks and more phone calls

Went in to collect my pre-paid click and collect order. Three days later and I still do not have it. The two stars are because the staff were pleasant enough but it took three of them about half an hour to tell me I wasn't going to get what I'd paid for.

Called in to get a problem with my laptop fixed and the assistant was very helpful and solved the problem in a matter of minutes. Very good, polite service.

Sadly the showroom staff who are excellent are let down by those who deliver and fit and repair, On the 24th May I had a dishwasher delivered and my door fitted using unsuitable screws on the first wash the door became detached on one making opening the door impossible to open. Currys were coming on the first Saturday 7 am to 11 am but they never showed. Then I had to stay in for 22 hours 8 am to 8 pm but no show. Now they are meant to come tomorrow. No time given and no contact at all. The quality of the first dishwasher are terrible with marks and cloudy glass and knives. The door has come off completely. Andover Curries won?t give me a phone number. Each time I have to drive to the showroom a 10 mile round trip. This has upset me and I am not able to trust them to supply me with a laptop. I feel tomorrow is going to be a waste of my time stying in when I have urgent tasks to go out and do. I will speak to my insurance company to see if I can have a refund and an alternative reliable supplier.

Let's start off by rewinding to 2018, when Currys was a knowledge for all things tech and I trusted the staff to give me solid advice. Now, things are a lot different.In Plymouth, I know the staff to be quick to engage, happy to be there and honestly a complete joy.Newbury it seems more of a social group. There are staff in groups and the staff I do talk to don't understand the products I'm asking about. I'm lucky I researched after our conversation or I'd be trying to connect this soundbar to my TV. Please do your research before you go in so you don't get misadvised.

The staff try and are helpful, but I think the company are failing here. The place itself is tatty and needs a refurb. As for the prices, well their extortionate. Why pay £12 for a cable when I can get a better quality one for half the price online. Looking around the store that seemed to be the story on everything, overpriced and make the staff work hard trying to sell it
