Lloyds Bank - HOW DIFFICULT accessing your money. My account is business, I had requested to send a replacement card to be sent to the registered address, that was over a month already. Unluckily, I had aneurysm and still in the hospital as of this complaint. My representative visited the Aldershot branch and the lady could not even access the account after giving th e name, sort code and bank acct and later on told us that we need to call the business group. I was already in the phone for any verification. I did ask the lady ?what would it take for me to have access to my money given the circumstance?? I even suggested to fill the widthrawal form so it can be sent to me here in the hospital, I will sign etc and include my passport etc.. she said it doesn?t work that way. As I was desperate, I said we can take 10 widthrawal forms and come back each day and she replied it doesn?t work that way. There should be an in-place system in such situation but Lloyd?s Bank had none! I have issues with blood pressure and talking to the lady was a waste of time.So, your client is in the hospital, available on call with camera with available valid identity, how can you make things happen? I thought that Lloyd?s Bank is a good bank, with this experience, you showed how extremely difficult to access your clients? funding. Once I get well, I will close my account with you and I will continue to be an ambassador on how a bank like you makes it sooo difficult to access your clients? money.

Good handy bank in the centre of town. Friendly and helpful staff that provide a decent service. With banks closing left right and centre, this one is a godsend.

Age and disability discrimination is rife in this toxic place. I withdrew all of my money from this bank, yesterday.The manager, Doug Howie, took my card and refused to give me my money.Some fat boy advisor refused to serve me, then served people behind me.The old woman with the thatch-roofed hair and glasses is a very ignorant, jealous woman. She refused to let me sit at the counter but went to another lady sat down and weary, like me, away from the till.Mr. Wayne Upgood, was the only one who was kind, polite, helpful and respectful.40 years a customer and I wouldn't bank with them again, ever!.

54 years now with lloyds bank.Enjoyed every minute.Always friendly staff. And always ready to help with any problems

I found the staff there lack the basic customer service, they don?t have even the basic knowledge to sit down behind those chairs and work for big name bank.. really disappointed and would not recommend. Steer clear and definitely staff training is a concern!
