Good old tsb I went in for some change and was told I could only get 5 pences- they wonder why in may they?ll be closed what kind of bank is this.

This is the only bank in pemberton, the staff here are Skeleton but very helpful. Closing this branch I find awful. To use the new pod in wigan town centre means parking fees or bus travel, more travel time.Locals should have had a say in this branch closing

Card machine hasn't been working for nearly two months. 40 minute walk for me to get to this bank and back!!!! SORT IT OUT

Not good at all, there?s never anyone on the desks to pay money in, every single time I go I wait 5-10 minutes while the staff are all chatting in the background, it?s meant to be a bank?? It really is a joke at TSB in Pemberton, I?d recommend banking else where.

Long waiting times, always only 1 person at desk. The phone lines always cuts me off until I ring about 30 times I get through. The parking at the branch is awful its a 1 way line so if you're in the middle you have to wait til the person in front moves

I called the TSB branch today in Wigan and a gentleman called Dale was very helpful. Previously, I spoken with 11 different advisors from the frauds investigations team who were unable to resolve the issue which I have faced since the last 2 weeks. Dale was very professional and understood my concern. I explained the issues regarding online banking. Dale kindly acknowledged the problem and immediately arranged an appointment to visit the branch to solve the issue. I just tried to create a bank account here but was refused without reason. I provided all documents including ID issued by the Home Office, a proof of address and so on but still was refused without reason.

Linda couldn't do enough for us. Sorted our mortgage, critical illness, house insurance and gave us advice on our pension . Linda talked us through everything and sorted all our paperwork out. I have also opened another account online with instructions from her . Thank you Linda and well done TSB .

Paid a cheque in and asked specifically for it to go into my online savers account. Needless to say it didn't end up there!
