Shop officially closes at 1600hrs on a Sunday. Shutters a third of way down and refusing customers entry at 1538hrs saying that they are now closed! Great experience - not!

Don't bother with this lot. Absolutely zero levels of customer service. Try to return something and they start spouting on about various store policies which I couldn't see posted anywhere in store and wasn't advised at time of purchase. As a previous reviewer has said, go to JD Sports.I had a fairly low level expectation as this is sports direct, but they even managed to fall below that, no wonder people prefer shopping online.

Kaitlyn helped me out so much on our visit for rugby goods for my daughter , from start to finish , friendly and informative , really knows her stuff , highly recommend !

Rude and unhelpful. I tried to exchange some trainers for a bigger size which I bought the day before that were a bit small, the staff at the counter accused me of wearing them (which I hadn't) and would not even look at the receipt with a cant be bothered attitude. Just terrible service. Dont buy from here go to JD instead.

Went in this morning asked twice for help got someone who looked fed up bark at me ...if you don't want work there then don't! you can get another job but if you are ,then try to be a bit pleasant to customers

Was seen to promptly by a helpful member of staff who found the size of shoe I required quickly. Then a second member of staff processed the sale and also dealt with an item exchange for me. Both were friendly and approachable.
