This used to be such a helpful pharmacy until lately .. I was told today, basically if I was unhappy with the service then feel free to use somewhere else .. that?s great customer service. ( I don?t think !! )

Terrible service. Staff are rude and unhelpful. Had to go back 3 times in one day to get a prescription i had ordered 3 days prior to wait 20 mins each time. Have now had my prescriptions sent to manor pharmacy. Staff are much nicer and service is far better.

Had to inform head office how rude and incapable the driver (and office staff) were about following my delivery instructions, also half my order came and never have much in stock, I changed to an online one who gets it here much quicker (day after prescription is put in and they leave it if im not in) totally useless this place won?t be using again, also six of them stood around when I was trying to get a prescription! Phoned them up to complain and lady hung up on me twice. Useless

I have found the chemist to be very helpful and today I rang to get my prescription delivered as I cannot drive at the moment.It was delivered today about 1.00pm by a lovely lady.I am really pleased with this service, excellent!

And you ask patients not to be rude to Receptionist when taking calls , I?ve just called about one of my repeats and the woman I spoke to was rude and most unhelpful . I could of bit back but I?m not that kind of person

Rang the pharmacy to ask if my husband?s epilepsy tablets could be delivered as we had both tested positive for covid, he needed them by the next day, to be told sorry the driver is busy can?t guarantee you will have them tomorrow could be the day after that, so helpful NOT, they are epilepsy tablets that he has to take. Need to be a bit more helpful I think

From an emergency appointment with the nurse last night (fitted in after her long baby clinic) to my appointment with the doctor at 9.30 this morning (only a 5 minute wait on ask my GP) the service that I received was amazing. So tired of this shambolic pharmacy. Can you not employ people that can count and read? Would have thought this a prerequisite. Collecting prescription always an issue, not ready, not in stock, missing items, staff lacking empathy. It feels like my hearing /cognitive disability is an annoyance to them. No one answers the phone. I could go on.

Ordered a repeat prescription this morning for myself and husband at the Shevington Medical centre. Then I spoke to the community pharmacy asking them if they could deliver to me given the unprecedented situation we are in and that both myself and husband are in our seventies. Normally we would pick up our prescriptions. I was advised that it may take a few days to deliver due to an increase in demand for home deliveries. Not a problem. Imagine my surprise when our SUPER COMMUNITY SERVICE PHARMACY delivered to us this afternoon. Many thanks to both the Medical Centre and the Pharmacy.???

Absolutely shocking this lot. Slower than a month in jail, and never have your prescription ready even though they've had it a week, always someone else's fault.
