Need more staff in there. Good service but a lot of the time i go in there's few staff on meaning i have to wait a bit longer than i should, it's the same in a lot of their stores around the area.

Walked in with an idea of what I wanted, used one of their tablets to find the item, add to basket and 'send to till'. Walked to the till, paid and collected. So easy to do, staff were chatty and pleasant.

Well organised shop went in for a silver letter box and a new handle nothing was too much trouble for the assistant manager who sorted me out no problem and he made sure i had the right parts.. would recommend that branch again without shadow of a doubt... cheers all fitted now ??
