Lucky that your getting that. Went in today with an issue I have been having from upgrading . 3 weeks now Lovely lad helping. Till the old lady came over butted in made the situation worse. Told me basically network problems. I said how can it be when everyone has 4g I don't. Instead of helping said lets just revise your contract ?.. told me would not do anything else and then roller her eyes when I told her no . SO RUDE! SHOULD NOT BE ON THE SHOP FLOOR.

I have been an O2 customer for nearly 10 years, and it's been a shame that I've had almost no signal coverage in the past 2 years! I have reported numerous times that my signal is not good and I have no internet, but their response is always that, according to them, everything is perfect. I pay £39.25 per month for nothing, and it's interesting that somehow I always have to pay an extra £1-£2 when the bill is due! But it's okay, I'm counting the days until January when my contract expires, and I finally get rid of this miserable provider. I hope you will give me a call then to ask why I want to switch providers. It will be just as satisfying as the feeling of paying £40 per month for nothing for 2 years because the signal and internet are unusable.

It's had a re-fit. Everything is vibrant inside. Great range of Samsung products on display, shame not many are now interactive & are dummies. Good range of otter box cases for new models.

Very unhappy with O2. We were forced to have a sim card with our Virgin Media package to get the channels we wanted. We switched to Virgin Media because Sky Media is the worst Internet and Cable company in the UK. With that being said, This O2 shop couldn't even fix their own screwups. They share the same horribly slow satellites as giffgaff. The call quality is terrible, the speed of the internet is slow at best and if it's even raining slightly, which is most of the time in England, then the service cuts out. We made the best of the situation and gave it to my stepson for his birthday.
