Disappointed again... no scones in your cafe yet again. Not very good when you're promoting the Macmillan coffee morning. Where cakes and drinks support funds for this amazing charity. Come on Wigan, sorry out your supplies.

Love M & S. Just a shame this store is going to close. They are just going to have a food hall in Robin Park. Great if you drive and only want food!! Come on Wigan fight to keep this store, the high street is vital to those of us who don't drive!! We need to be seen on being eco friendly and moving stores out of town is not!!

I bought two items from M&S in Wigan today, which, when I tried them on at home were a size too big. I returned to the store to change them for a smaller size and both Joanna who served me and Sharon the manager were extremely helpful and pleasant. Very efficient. Thank you.

Very convenient and central. They sell certain foods I can't always get anywhere else, also nice little quaint cafe which is always very clean. I will miss it when it closes later this year.

I visit often with my mum. Easy access for mum and her wheelchair. Mum loves the clothes, I love their food. A warm Wigan welcome, is there any other type? As I say in all my arcades reviews, the parking is too expensive in my eyes, try St Helens for a change.

Very privileged to have a company who's products are at such a good standard of taste and quality always staff look happy and at ease and are ever so pleasant and go out there way to help wherever can. The quality is very high in all they do without projecting this on the customer too much.

"Made by experts" "Service with a smile" or more accurate made by trainee chefs that have the personality of a dementor from harry potter. As a pastry chef myself i find it incredible hard to not only burn one croissant to the point of being inedible but then burn another one.

I find it a bit pricey though sometimes the foods a nice treat and selection of plants n flower v. good Excellent cacti at the moment
