“Best bank there is I am a disabled person and struggle doing day to day tasks no bank would help me as I didn’t have a phone at the time I had been through some hard times over the past year and I went to Santander Barclays all the banks there is to be honest and no one would help me until I came here they sorted me out with a bank straight away after around a whole year of no one helping me they deserve more credit and recognition geniunley would rate it 100 stars if I could so friendly and understanding and so so helpful if you don’t have certain things like a mobile phone in my case they deserve a reward for best bank there’s is thankyou nationwide you guys are honestly life savers”
“The staff are friendly, I am messaging a note here for the Wallgate Mcolls because due to Technical machine /card issue on one till and changing items and tills around I purchased my items but when I got home to unpack there was 2 sausages at £1.30 each that were not in my bag and have been left back in the store due to changing tills and trying to focus on payment.I will be coming to the store Thursday (tomorrow to collect the items or 2 fresher items of the same since the ones I left and paid for will be resold)Thankyou”

“I was in the store on Sunday 20 Nov with my three boys. My eldest who is Autistic and has other conditions had a massive meltdown. The staff off th security desk where sol helpful, reassuring and nice and another member of staff took my younger boys so I didn't have to worry about them as well. The staff were amazing!!”
