My prescription was dispensed on 15th December 2022. At that time one VITAL drug was not available, told it would be reordered.Then told there was a problem with the ordering system and it would be reordered again.Then on the 3rd January 2023 rang my GP spoke to a very kind receptionist who said she would speak to GP and see what was wrong.It turns out there is a MANUFACTURING problem and my gp would prescribe an alternative drug.WHY HAVE I HAD TO WAIT NINETEEN DAYS FOR MY TREATMENT BECAUSE THE CHEMIST CONTINUALLY GAVE ME FALSE INFORMATION?We are told to rely on these people to look after us. It is a joke THEY ARE TOTALLY UNTRUSTWORTHY.
