Attempted to book my car in for an urgent / dangerous recall. Called 4/5, promised call backs, however never happened. Quite disappointing as I was assured each time someone will be in contact.Tried again today, number rings out then dies.

I visited last year with my parents, and we had a very good experience in purchasing a new (used) car for them. I then returned this year looking for a new car for myself. Iain was very friendly and helpful with both sales. Everything was done quickly and efficiently, and I was able to drive away confident in the car in less a week! Highly recommend a visit for new and used cars.

My family and I have been using this Ford dealership for approx 30 years and in recent years it?s really gone downhill. The prices of new cars seems much higher compared to other dealerships and the service is appalling and as a result they?ve now lost 4 customers sadly! And I know we are not the only ones who have found they?ve gone downhill. Shame really

Been a customer of this garage for years. Nothing's changed, the service from all departments have remained excellent consistently. The sales team are more than helpful, sometimes locating a vehicle from other garages and bringing it to Altrincham. They make sure everything has been completed by collection and anything needs updating or addressing we've had peace of mind it's done without issue and quickly. Wouldn't hesitate in recomending this garage!
