Wanted a replacement phone for my wife. Had decided on an a14. Spoke to James in the store. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and very helpful. We went to Samsung and met Luke. The worst Customer assistant I have ever met. He looked at my damaged phone started messing with it without any knowledge and ended up breaking my whole screen. I am currently typing off another phone as I can't see my screen on my original Samsung... thanks a lot Luke for ruining Christmas! Then you lied and said you didn't do anything. I hope Samsung deal with you.

I had an appointment with a worker named Luke at Samsung Trafford Centre to repair my phone as I had warranty. Luke took my screen protector off and took my phone and made the issue even worse. There was a black dot on my screen and he had turned it into a big black line down my phone then denied that he did that and blamed it on other things. He then proceeded to tell me that the warranty cannot cover the damage. This was very unprofessional and it has made my issue even worse. I do not understand why Samsung have workers who don't know what they are doing.

It was very easy to get help to find the watch I wanted. I purchased the Samsung Watch6. It's great at extending the battery life as it increases the more you use it.

Samsung Experience Store in Manchester. It's disappointing that with seven staff members, there's only one technician available to assist with phone repairs, leading to an excessive two-week wait time. This understaffing issue significantly impacts customer service and satisfaction, causing unnecessary delays and inconvenience for customers seeking prompt assistance with their devices.Loads of staff standing around but can't do very much to help out as they are not trained

Do not buy any of the fold devices. And do not buy it from this Samsung store. They are incompetent and it will take months to solve any issues.My fold 3 is still not fixed. I'm extremely disappointed in samsung. Honestly get a pixel fold, you will be better off and way happier.

I'm not suggesting this was a bad experience, only very difficult to get repairs done, I live in N/Wales, and T/Centre is where I can visit when returning to Manchester on occasions. My flip phone screen protector is falling apart. It took months to get my first appointment because you can't just turn up it has to be an appointment, and it has to be booked 2 weeks to the day in advance. I finally got an appointment last month. Unbelievable my car broke down just before I got there, I was recovered and returned to N/Wales. When trying to make my next appointment, no one is answering the phone. And since it's got to be 2 weeks to the day, if no one is answering, I obviously won't get my phone done this year. It's very frustrating. Hope 2024 is better.

Visited today as daughters old Samsung had stopped working. Not repairable. New phone was on Christmas list - went for the Galaxy A54 ( great advice re size and spec from staff). Really helpful re setting up new phone etc. Happy Daughter ?

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Joshua at the Samsung store in Manchester. I was looking to upgrade my phone to the Galaxy S23 Ultra, and Joshua was incredibly helpful in answering all of my questions and helping me choose the right model for my needs.He was patient and knowledgeable, and he took the time to explain all of the features of the phone in detail. These guys do Samsung proud, I took my fold 4 in for a new screen protector the one on the big screen, on taking it off the technician noticed my actual screen had bubbled up, he booked it in for repair right away. I left my phone with them it was repaired within 3 days can't ask for more. Thanks Guys keep up the good work.

Excellent service from Anika, very helpful, very friendly to talk to. She was a star when it came to choosing colours for my new s23 ultra. Loved the way she picked out likes and dislikes. Also, the trade in my smart phone she gave me a top price. Well worth the visit. Keep it up Anika???
