My wife initially had reservations, being comfortingly smitten by Shoe Zone's pump range that last a whole week before disintegrating into dust. Though once the initially hesitation was overcome she discovered what was a warm, welcoming store. It was a joy to unsheath our feet and sample the range of different trainers. A most pleasurable experience, would definitely recommend.

I visited the store in Bury today looking for a school bag and pumps for my daughter, who is starting school in September. I was served by the supervisor called Kirsty who was so helpful to fined exactly what I wanted and went above and beyond to satisfiey what was required.Thank you very much ?????

Whent with my mum she brought some shoes the staff were very nice and helpful. Didn't have a pair of other shoes that she wanted so they have ordered them for her made my mum feel very special

Poor, picked a pair of trainers, assistant gave me a fresh pair, that was eight pounds dearer, than the marked up one on display, would not let us have the pair that was marked up cheaper. Won't be going there again.

Bought a pair of shoes lasted 2 months before the glue from the sole failed and came apart, at the same time I bought a pair of children's school shoes which lasted 6 weeks before the same thing happened. Awful quality, and value for money, will not be going back.This happened with a pair of shoes last year wouldn't accept a refund so not going to bother this time just save my money and shop elsewhere.

Lots of shoes but no half sizes as website shows.. (some of us need them.) You would think they sell everything shoes so asked for instep insoles, but they did not sell them!Amazon here I come unfortunately..overall good.
