“My Dad unfortunately passed away just before Christmas so I’ve had to go through all his things. He had a mobility scooter which British Heart Foundation picked up this morning. Just wanted to say the guys were so lovely and polite, as was the lady I had spoken to on the phone to arrange collection. They made a horrible situation a little easier. Thank you.”
