I wouldn?t give these shysters one star but it won?t publish review without it. As many others have stated on here, the Range couldn?t care less about you once you?ve bought something online from them. I bought a rug a month ago and wanted to return it for a refund so followed their instructions for returns. I rang 4 times in total and emailed 5, but got no sense or resolution from any of the customer service staff. I?ve given up trying now as it?s blatantly obvious that I?m wasting my time!!I have never encountered such diabolical, ignorant and unscrupulous disregard for customers.I will never purchase anything from this awful store again!!I would also advise anyone not to bother even looking as if you don?t like it afterwards or it doesn?t workYour stuck with it!!

I have ordered and had goods delivered from the altrincham store with no problems but when asked at stockport the cashiers were confused and sent for the manager who was really helpful and arranged delivery.
