Customer service very bad closing time it says on website 6.00 o clock I went down around 17.35 and they said tills are closed sorry

Very bad customer service there was enough staff but no one wants to help they all was busy in talking I was looking for skrachers shoes my size yesterday in store the boy I called for help was very rude no eye contact no smile and his attitude was not good and about my shoes size he said size is not available i feel like he doesn't want to sell that shoes to me then i have ordered online. M not going again.

Bought the trainers less then 24 hours but there were faulty took it back but wasn't sure . who was the manager 2 ladies was there they said we are the manager. One called nick and the other was nicki . Shocking and Extremely rude customer service.

I couldn't find a particular T shirt so I (after a bit) I found a member of staff. He pointed to a wall and said "over there". I said I already looked so he then looked around and pointed to a table. He didn't walk me to the table to help me look.I found the T shirts but couldn't find my size. Another member of staff was standing near by at a console so I asked if they had a particular size, to which he said "we've only got what's on display". He didn't come over to the table to help, he just stood his ground.I'm not sure what jobs those staff had, but providing good customer service didn't appear to be one of them.

Terrible customer service. The guy with bad acne shouldn't be working in a customer facing job. This store stole 40 pounds off me and customer services have been less than helpful. Please do NOT shop here
