We absolutely love our kitchen from Prescott and Joule. Helen was amazing as she really understood what we wanted and designed a kitchen which not only looks fantastic but has provided a space where our family loves to be.Lucy was lovely and extremely helpful when the kitchen was being fitted. Any concerns or snagging were dealt with professionally and quickly.Joel who fitted the kitchen was brilliant, he was very polite and left the kitchen tidy when he had finished for the day.I would highly recommend Prescott and Joule as they have been fantastic from start to finish.

Highly recommend both Prescott and Joule Kitchens and Creative Design and Build, who worked together on our project. We have been completely blown away with both the quality of the workmanship, customer service and support. Every single member of the team from start to finish have gone above and beyond for our project. Helen Joule designed the most beautiful kitchen and her staff Emma and Lucy, respond immediately to emails and queries and were incredibly diligent and also hugely patient with me when I changed my mind on a few things! On the building side, all the joiners, builders, electricians, plumbers, plasterers were reliable and professional. Above all, huge thanks go to Andy who project managed everything and is some kind of saint! We got weekly email itineraries and daily messages from Andy. He is so organised! The whole project has been run like clockwork, there hasn?t been a day of waiting for anything. The customer service and attention to detail has just been incredible. We are delighted with our new kitchen and utility room that has been completely transformed thanks to Helen's super design and the lovely team at Prescott & Joule. We spent a long time deciding exactly what we wanted and we've now got a kitchen that we love spending time in. It's both functional and beautiful!All the tradespeople, headed up by Martin, were excellent and Emma's communication and project management was great. There were a few minor issues, which for a job this size is to be expected, but the way they were resolved was first rate and we have absolutely no hesitation in highly recommending Helen and the team. Great service from Emma, Lucy and Helen at Prescott and Joule who planned and installed a kitchen in our annex. Helen is the best space planner in the business and gave us more storage space than we could have imagined and really optimised the layout. I can?t express how delighted we are with our full kitchen remodelling and associated building works carried out by Helen, Andy and the entire team. This project was two years in the planning and making and I was the indecisive customer that changed my mind numerous times. Despite this I was never met with anything but patience and understanding and the finished project has surpassed the vision and expectations we had. A particular shout out to their joiner, Dan, an exceptionally talented craftsman and his attention to detail was always second to none. Lucy who project managed the building and kitchen installation was a superstar. Regular comms, keeping us up to date and she delivered the whole thing without a single delay.The benefit of this company over others is that they can complete both the structural modifications as well as the design and installation of the kitchen. We recently had a new kitchen fitted by P and J they arranged everything for us from start to finish. Have to say that it all went really smoothly. Jen and Emma were a pleasure to deal with, very helpful and kept us well informed throughout the whole process. All the tradesmen were very good and listened to our needs. Prescott and Joule did our kitchen to such a high standard that every person who sees it (including every tradesman who?s been in our house since) has commented on how beautiful the quality of work is. We've had the kitchen for 3 months, the sight of it continues to brighten my days. I'm in awe, it even has a name ?. The staff were always professional and remained patient with me through all my indecisiveness. I was worried because the space is so small but they worked with me to find and offer solutions I never would have thought of! To say it exceeded expectations would be an understatement. From our initial enquiries to the final finishing Prescott and Joule were brilliant - Helen worked with us to ensure that we got the solution we wanted to both the kitchen design and renovation repairs that we wanted. She understood our priorities and most importantly listened to what we wanted and this was then reflected in the design. Throughout the project Andy and the team took great pride in their work and the quality of workmanship and finish is second to none - we're delighted. More importantly they were incredibly responsive during the project to our queries and the final result is beyond what we could have imagined. From start to finish, Prescott and Joule, as well as Creative Design and Build have been a joy to work with. We had recently moved into a new (to us) small terraced house, with a plethora of work that needed doing. This ranged from levelling floors throughout, building out walls, replacing the front door, new radiators, LVT parquet flooring, plus a whole new kitchen which included plumbing, gas and electrics.We knew when we set out to employ people to take on this task, that we wanted it completely project managed, and this is exactly what we got from Helen, Andy and their teams. From the first home visit, through to completion and after care, they made the whole thing much more stress free than it had any right to be.We?re very happy with the results and can highly recommend.Services: Remodelling

Had a kitchen refurb inc wall down and replaster by prescott and joules and the whole process was calm and smooth, all their team work to a high standard and all materials have been excellent quality.
