Very helpful with my issue with car tax and missing log book. I was concerned after a really unhelpful web chat with the DVLA. Lady sorted everything with no issues.

Three times I?ve tried to collect a parcel , three times it?s been mega busy and no luck . Not staffs fault at all , clearly post office need to put money into hiring more staff !!

I went last Saturday and bought a 1st class stamp for a birthday card, the woman behind the counter asked if I wanted to leave it with them and she would put it in the post bag, I was hesitant but thought what could go wrong, I handed the card over. Over a week later the card still not arrived at its destination. I?ve never had a missing card as I usually post it in the post box. Never again, I?ll post it myself next time.Definitely will not be doing that again. Zero stars

Absolutely useless. Queued for 20 minutes and they didn?t know how to process a stamp, told me to go to romiley post office. Not sure how they can call themselves a post office if they can?t even sell a single stamp

One of the worst PO counters you?ll ever go to! The plumpish old woman with white hair is so rude and miserable she needs to be anywhere but here! Don?t go!! Trust me..all you?ll get is a grunt and a ?don?t care? attitude!! Wow! This is bad

Avoid.1 star as cannot select 0.3 weeks ago, I went to post work mail. No staff to provide Post Office services. No indication when there would be.Today, went to buy foreign currency. After queuing for 10 mins, was told I couldn't be sold Euros by the staff in store. No apology nor information that might help.To me, this reflects the Post Office and Store not managing staffing levels, provision of advertised services and basic customer service. Counter staff are not the issue.Worst case scenario, put up a notice as to what you cannot provide, so people who have already spent time travelling don't waste more time queuing for no reason.In both cases, it was the middle of the working day.In both cases, I have had to drive or walk to Romiley Post Office to get the services Woodley couldn't or wouldn't provide.Both times, good service at Romiley.If they cannot consistently provide advertised services, maybe this store should just stick to selling newspapers, energy drinks and fudge.

Walked all the way there with some large heavy parcels to post around the middle of the day. Was met by a demotivated staff member who grunted 'we're closed!'. I would award 5 stars if this was for a 'can't be bothered' attitude. - Recommend urgent remedial training of staff members with 'customer centric mindset'. Interesting to find so many bad reviews from other local residents - says it all....

Awful customer service, unfriendly staff and they make you feel like a fool with the way they talk to you. Made me wait in the queue 3 times and no patience. It was my first time going there and felt absolutely unwelcome. management should care more for customers sake and happiness.
