Helen Joule designed the most beautiful kitchen and her staff Emma and Lucy, respond immediately to emails and queries and were incredibly diligent and also hugely patient with me when I changed my mind on a few things! On the building side, all the joiners, builders, electricians, plumbers, plasterers were reliable and professional. Above all, huge thanks go to Andy who project managed everything and is some kind of saint! We got weekly email itineraries and daily messages from Andy. He is so organised! The whole project has been run like clockwork, there hasn’t been a day of waiting for anything. The customer service and attention to detail has just been incredible.
