COHENS CHEMIST. CHECK YOUR PRESCRIPTION GOODS FOR EXPIRY DATE. YOU MAY BE DISPENSED OLD STOCK. HAPPENED TO ME. HAD TO GO SHOP 3 TIMES TO GET MY PRESCRIPTION. WENT IN TO GET AN EXCHANGE, PHARMACIST INFERRED IT WAS MY FAULT!! PREVIOUS VISITS, INCORRECT QUANTITIES DISPENSED. AVOID THIS BRANCH.

Don't bother. I certainly won't be going back. If you totally ignore customers they go elsewhere. Bye bye....Appalling customer service.

Wonderful service from the staff here. I have to isolate, due to surgery in a few days. I only found out about it, the day before I had to isolate, and I needed my repeat prescription renewing. They have bent over backwards to make sure it's going to be delivered in time. Well impressed!

Disgusting customer serviceGot a prescription sent over dot my poorly 9 year old egos suffering from tonsillitisRan down after 4 hours they didn?t have it in stock when I asked why no body had got in contact so I could go elsewhere her response ?sometimes people don?t come in to pick up prescriptions!!!A 9 year old boy who?s very poorly!!

The pharmacist at this branch is rude and highly unprofessional. I only use cohens when I need a emergency script as its close to my house and if im not well enough to get to my usual pharmacy that works out well. However the pharmacist is shocking and refuses to give out acute scripts the same day. I went in for a drug that I needed to start same day under gp orders and was told to come back the next day. I said I needed it straight away and was told I'm busy come back at half 4 this was at half 2 again I argued my case saying im not coming back dragging my child out again I want my script now. Even tried to get me to go to a different pharmacy further away saying she would return script to the spine. Unacceptable behavior and not a great way to manage what is essentially a business.Would recommend you avoid this pharmacy unless you really have no choice.

Cohens been life saver during lockdown delivering meds because I can?t get out. True they are not always the friendliest chemist but as long as I put in my prescription with doctor I usually get them quite quickly. Trick is to put your prescription into your doctor and not expect Cohens to do it for you.

I have nothing but gratitude and appreciation for the all the staff at this chemist. They really went above and beyond to help me with an issue I had with my prescription. You are now my nominated pharmacist, thank you all.

I'm loathed to give them one star. This chemist should be closed and replaced with one that cares for its customers and opens at lunchtime and on Saturday. I'm not sure what century they are in but we always opened at lunch, that's when your customers can get out of work to get their, the same goes with Saturdays.

Very dissatisfied with service. Rude staff, requesting a repeat prescription takes a week before you can collect. On collecting meds was told they were not ready as a GP can take upto 7 days to sign a prescription. Bull. Have changed pharmacy.
