“. I visited the Stockport branch on 21 June following an upsetting visit to my local branch in Marple. All the staff I spoke to in Stockport were lovely - they sensed I was upset and were kind and understanding and Kate helped me with my transaction which needed to be done on that day and I needed to be sure I was doing it correctly. It took about 5 or so minutes. Thank you Kate.I have to say that whenever I have visited the Stockport branch I have always found the staff very helpful and friendly and nothing seems too much trouble. They certainly make members feel valued. I shall only be using the Stockport branch in future.”

“I am always pleased to go to Santander as the staff are lovely and so helpful. I changed my phone and was having trouble getting my mobile banking set up. I was advised to go too a branch so I went to the Stockport one. I did my banking and then a male ( possibly the manager) took me aside and sorted it out in no time at all.”

The banking Ap has been improved vastly and its all I need to do everything secure payments to cancelling direct debits. In the branch, the staff are excellent as I found out when I was in need of assistance for the transfer of large amounts of funds to a 3rd party. Give them a chance. I did.”

“I've always had great service in this branch. I recently went in to get some certified documentation for a visa application. I got a call the next day from Sue to say that she had gone out of her way to prepare some other documents for me which reduced my waiting time compared to their usual turnaround times. That was very sweet and greatly appreciated.”

“Staff are really friendly and welcoming, my youngest in Autistic and sometimes can be a battle to have to wait in the que however the staff are so friendly. One member of staff(sorry forgot her name) gave her a piece of paper and the stamp to keep her occupied why I got sorted. “Five stars! Conveniently situated in the centre of Heaton Moor with the added bonus of a good-sized car park. It's a small branch but you only need wait a couple of minutes for counter service, and there are also ATM's.Staff are very helpful and friendly - special thanks to Kev for doing a great job sorting out some complex items for us. And well done Natwest for maintaining the only bank branch in Heaton Moor - it's up to us to use it or lose it!!”

“Needed to get some software set up for my accountant and the phone assistance wasn't great. Popped into Stockport in the hope that they would assist and the two girls on the counter were fantastic. They gave me step by step instructions on my laptop and overcame a few hurdles to ensure it was all set up correctly. Absolutely fantastic service”

“Very helpful staff. But the quick drop deposit used to appear in my account by lunchtime but its taking longer each time to go into my account even when its dropped off before 10am I'm still waiting for it to go in at 4pm! Nightmare!!”
