“. I visited the Stockport branch on 21 June following an upsetting visit to my local branch in Marple. All the staff I spoke to in Stockport were lovely - they sensed I was upset and were kind and understanding and Kate helped me with my transaction which needed to be done on that day and I needed to be sure I was doing it correctly. It took about 5 or so minutes. Thank you Kate.I have to say that whenever I have visited the Stockport branch I have always found the staff very helpful and friendly and nothing seems too much trouble. They certainly make members feel valued. I shall only be using the Stockport branch in future.”

“I am always pleased to go to Santander as the staff are lovely and so helpful. I changed my phone and was having trouble getting my mobile banking set up. I was advised to go too a branch so I went to the Stockport one. I did my banking and then a male ( possibly the manager) took me aside and sorted it out in no time at all.”

“Just want to say thanks to the lads working there today. I rang up as I was in desperate need of diesel for my car, and as a health care worker, I REALLY needed it! They said no problem after I showed my badge and let me use the hgv pump. It was tricky and I didn't get as much as I wanted but I now can go to work in my car. Thanks guys. Absolute legends. ??”

“Good customer service you can finde chep item after 7 o'clock but you need too make sure on Sunday they will be closed at 14.00 o'clock and bank Holiday as well”

“I've always had great service in this branch. I recently went in to get some certified documentation for a visa application. I got a call the next day from Sue to say that she had gone out of her way to prepare some other documents for me which reduced my waiting time compared to their usual turnaround times. That was very sweet and greatly appreciated.”

“A very nice shop. The staff are extremely helpful and nice, always a pleasure to talk to them. The shop provides good selection of items with the delicious bakery products.However, said bakery goods have been increasing in price over time. What started as £1.35 has now turned into £1.65 chocolate cookies for no apparent reason since the product is exactly the same.Still, I recommend this establishment for good staff, wide selection and mostly fair prices.”

“Excellent products, excellent staff, excellent atmosphere! As I walked onto the premises, I was immediately greeted with big smiles and loving voices. I made my way around the store and felt submerged in the large range of products available! However, unable to find the tomato ketchup, I had to ask the staff for assistance. They couldn't have helped more! I'm no time at all, I was holding the bottle just visualising it spread all over my lovely dinner. I made my was to the counter and the transaction was quick. With full regret I left the store, I could've stayed for hours. The store definitely made my day and I return rather frequently now. Good job staff! Tres bien!”

“A small well stocked Shell garage. Don't be fooled by the Spar, Starbucks and other logos, it's a tiny shop. But overall I would call and get fuel from here if passing.”

“Very helpful and friendly staff! I've ordered a parcel that was delivered to the store and scanned in but due to system glitch I did not receive a collection code. After brief conversation with very nice and helpful young lady behind counter I've got my code and parcel collected. Will definitely use this store for future deliveries!”

“This is my regular petrol station, I don't use anywhere else. Staff are all very polite and helpful. I noticed the other day that they have fitted a brand new contactless Jet Wash and Vac, cant wait to try it out.”

“This Asda has a good selection of goods and is quite quiet not many people there. So you can shop in peace.The only 2 downsides are the front entrance is permanently shut and last time I went the elevator was the only option. So your stuck in a small lift close together with a bunch of strangers.The other thing is the self pay machines. These lead to less employment and less interactions with real people. There is an issue of really clear CCTV images that are used at the till quite capable of facial recognition this is without consent or knowledge as to what they do with this data and we are not privy to their privacy policy. Also I support the use of cash and the self pay stations encourage the use of cards to pay. USE CASH AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE OR WE WILL LOSE IT.Anyway I don't work there so I don't scan I go to the till manned by a person who earns a wage to their benefit.”

“Staff are really friendly and welcoming, my youngest in Autistic and sometimes can be a battle to have to wait in the que however the staff are so friendly. One member of staff(sorry forgot her name) gave her a piece of paper and the stamp to keep her occupied why I got sorted. Actually amazing to see staff go out their way to help put a smile on everyone’s face. P.s she is going to expect it every time now ?”

“Five stars! Conveniently situated in the centre of Heaton Moor with the added bonus of a good-sized car park. It's a small branch but you only need wait a couple of minutes for counter service, and there are also ATM's.Staff are very helpful and friendly - special thanks to Kev for doing a great job sorting out some complex items for us. And well done Natwest for maintaining the only bank branch in Heaton Moor - it's up to us to use it or lose it!!”

“I go here every week. Amazingly low prices but still provides good quality. According to friends and family, there are pathetic drivers in the car park though, so I prefer walking. The pizza is cooked for less than a pound extra and tastes good.”

“Needed to get some software set up for my accountant and the phone assistance wasn't great. Popped into Stockport in the hope that they would assist and the two girls on the counter were fantastic. They gave me step by step instructions on my laptop and overcame a few hurdles to ensure it was all set up correctly. Absolutely fantastic service”

“Very helpful staff. But the quick drop deposit used to appear in my account by lunchtime but its taking longer each time to go into my account even when its dropped off before 10am I'm still waiting for it to go in at 4pm! Nightmare!!”
