AVOID\\n\\n2 dealings now with this \\\"company\\\", unreasonable and argumentative customer \\\"service\\\".\\n\\nIf you don't know what the issue is these guys will take advantage, absolutely over the top quote for a 5 minute job. They made up a load of jargon to try and fool me, unfortunately for them I am an IT expert myself. I got the repair somewhere else for 25% of what they quoted me, by an expert with a master's in electronics.

Over the last twenty years or so i have purchased perhaps five refurbished laptops/PCs via Ebay. Never again! The personal attention I received from Wes at AC before, during and after my recent purchase there has convinced me I never need to look further than AC in the future. Absolutely outstanding service!

This is the third job AC has done for me - one simple and two much more complicated. All were done successfully, nothing was too much trouble and Danny was a real gem - highly recommended.

Rip off merchants. Tried to charge £1060 per hour in labour!**Owner reply is nonsense, the HP assistant installed a BIOS update that failed, the replacement chip was sourced. This was all explained and a quote for the solder job was requested, I even explained that I have done similar work as I am a 3rd line tech support engineer and have built hundreds of computers and repaired thousands.). For the 5 minutes it takes, they wanted £85. I replied explaining my disappointment, they then defended the price as a "blanket price". It is fair to give a 1 star review for poor service. The service is poor value for money.**Requested a quote for a simple solder of 1 chip (8 pin winbond BIOS) providing the motherboard (i.e. disassembled laptop) and the chip myself. So, no sourcing parts, software or needing to diagnose the fault. Literally, just removing a chip,wiping with flux and then soldering on a new chip. They gave a blanket quote of 85 pounds! For a 5 minute solder job! So BEWARE, these guys are looking to fleece you, £85 would be fine if I had no idea what the fault was or how to fix it. But this situation is disgusting and just obviously a cash grab attempt. AVOID these cowboys.

We thought we?d lost everything on our PC. Our daughter strongly recommended AC Computer Warehouse. She had bought a number of laptops from them, and was well suited. We took our PC, we got everything back on it and bought a Laptop. The staff were friendly and helpful, but not pushy. Really pleased.

I contacted AC Computer Warehouse to repair the screen on my Mac; fantastic service, very fast and great value (I saved over £200 compared to the Apple Store quote).I?ll definitely use them in future.

AC Computer Warehouse were really helpful. I was hesitant about taking the computer to the premises and Wesley very kindly came to pick it up, repair it and bring it back. Fantastic and super-speedy repair on my elderly iMac! Wesley returned the kit the following day (causing the minimum of disruption to my business) having transformed the processing speed and fixed a persistent, annoying issue with one e-mail account, all for a very reasonable fee. Highly recommended!

I have used AC Computers twice to repair my wife's Ipad and I would definitely recommend them. On the first occasion a component had to be ordered and fitted and this was carried out quickly and at a reasonable cost. On the second occasion the fault was corrected and tested while I waited at no charge. You can't beat that ! I won't need to look anywhere else.

Contacted this company for a screen repair for a laptop and I highly recommend them. They responded to emails quickly and the part was ordered and available the next day. The laptop was repaired within 24 hours and is as good as new. Highly recommend and will use this company again in the future
