Lovely, polite staff. Kept checking in on me and thanking me for my patience whilst I waited for a prescription. Checked my throat on site and was able to diagnose and prescribe.

Visited K's Chemist last week for contraceptives. Impressed by their patience and thoroughness in discussing my medical history. At the end they provided me with six months' supply of contraceptives pills . Definitely Salford's top pharmacy choice!

Called in early on Friday morning to see if I could make an appointment for the flu jab and covid booster, and was told they could do it right away - waited no more than 5 minutes and was given the injections by Peter who explained everything thoroughly and was very friendly.

Awful chemists with unbelievable waiting times. I was 2nd in after the chemist had just opened from lunch. Waited 50 mins with 8 people coming and going before me (only 1 person was before me when it opened). Left me stood there for 20mins with my name in a box to just turn around and say "the prescription hasn't been sent over". I had to repeat what I'd said 20mins ago that I'd brought the prescription myself, it was ordered for me and I was told to pick it up in a few days. Then waited an additional 30mins for it to get signed. Girl behind the counter couldn't care less about the job, not even a basic explanation or apology for the wait. There are better chemists in the area, use them.K's Chemist - your procedures are clearly not working, I think it's time for you to review them! I work in process efficiency, this wouldn't be a hard one to resolve.

Honestly ridiculous waiting times to fulfill a prescription with avr waiting times being around 20 to 30 min. A 3rd world country is more effective at this.

I should have done these early but i was very new to talk. KChemist really have amazing staff and i am affectionate with sweet lady served with very cute smile and prefix and suffix she use. sweets. She call everyone. And Chemists of Kchemist is very kind. Thanks for reading.

Ridiculous wait times, it would be faster if you get the tram to the center and go to a better pharmacy there and get the tram back then try here

Really lovely and friendly staff. Great customer service every time ive been, especially considering how busy it can be! Closing times need to be updated on the website and NHS app as can be misleading. Have had a couple of instances where prescriptions have been downloaded, but they've been closed and haven't been able to collect from another pharmacy.

Inexcusable, appallingly slow service, no sense of urgency and absolutely no attempt at efficiency. Sweet, friendly lady at the counter, but customers are totally let down by her colleagues. Impossible to get anyone to answer the phone, too. Clearly, they have an apathetic and complacent attitude towards customers. What they need is some stiff competition to emerge, as they currently have no incentive to provide the level and speed of service that their customers deserve.

Friendly reliable professional pharmacy. Has my meds ready for me each time, if not then get them quickly. Very personable staff who are very friendly. They make sure the meds I require are in stock each time and make the whole process simple and fast. They have fun things also like old school sweets, drumsticks, double dab sherbet etc etc. Can't ask for more. No complaints at all and Peter the manager is great. He helped sort out a medication for me with no problems. . 10/10

The entire staff of K?s chemist were nice,friendly and professional .A special shout out to the pharmacist Peter who gave the covid and flu jabs. He took out time to explain the process and was gentle when administering the vaccines.I?d definitely recommend this pharmacy to everyone.
