I dropped my purse in the street, an honest soul handed into the Nat West, from where Connor called my mobile and my home to say it was there.Two days later I was able to pick it up, and I can assure you that no-one could have been more helpful than the abnove person in this bank.

They do not know their job, but rude, non-cooperative; and I found the front desk girl was absolutely racist. I should have taken legal actions.

Hope you are proud of yourselves, my mother came in for help and financial advice after the sale of her late parents house.The staff were rude kept informing her of what she couldn't do, no help advice for what she could do.My mother left the bank in tears

Fantastic staff and manager. Massive amount of support and help after I was scammed on-line. I have always found NatWest a great bank to be with and have been with them for around 25 years.Thank you for the beautiful flowers they really cheered me up

5 years I have been trying to change my name on my account back to my maiden name; I've been fobbed off over the years.Recently decided to try again called up the main contact centre, was told i just need to take my passport into branch - took it into Stockport & they were rather useless. Told me I had been given incorrect information (shock) and i actually needed further documents.Took the documents to Natwest Sale Branch with every intention of leaving Natwest if it wasn't sorted.The lady on the front desk was brilliant! She actually took the time to understand my situation and the steps I had already taken. She was empathetic to my 5 year frustions and really took ownership of my issue.She took copies of all my documents, referred it to head office and called me the following week to provide an update.Within a week I received new cards with my maiden name on them - really wish I knew her name so I could give her a shout out. She really is an asset to Natwest with top notch customer service skills.

I find the staff at this branch really helpful and have been a customer for 30+ years. What I do have an issue with, is how can they be closed on a Saturday? I work full time and can't get to the bank between 10am and 3pm Mon-Fri. It's so inconvenient.

10-3pm mon to fri opening...no idea when anyone who works csn physically get there...wanted to open a bank account for my son but have him with me..impossible!! Also want to pick up some cheques..impossible!! Unless I take time off work!!..

I slipped on their wet steps & hurt my back. They tried blaming fallen leaves but there were none and further claimed there is no cctv camera on their entrance which there is, as you would expect for a bank. They are unhelpful, unsympathetic, dismissive liars...
