Please give me a like if my review is helpful ?I needed a small piece of Oak for a craft project and thought it might be an insignificant request for a large timberyard however they were most helpful and spent time helping me find the right piece of timber for my project. The timber is of poor quality and I bought36 decking boards out of which 6 wear damaged i phone them twice to get the boards replaced that was a week ago to which I was told that someone would ring back i am still waiting for a response very poor customer service not happy.
