After a lifetime of running, I wanted to try something else as a way of staying fit. I came across this gym following a few recommendations, and have never looked back.Coaches are inclusive, its a great atmosphere, and there are plenty of sessions to choose from. I would definitely recommend CrossFit Sale Moor.
